Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full time Level I Move, Add, Change Analyst to process Move, Add, and Change services for the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing MAC (Move/Add/Change) requests for computer hardware, software, and telephones
- Assist in maintaining Asset Management system with current and up-to-date information on location of all technological equipment
- Provide help desk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues
- Processes requests from internal ticketing systems - ServiceNow
- Carry out other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience with Service Now – INC, TRM, REQ
- Experience as a Help Desk Analyst
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical documentation skills
- Experience with vast majority of Microsoft products and operating systems. Microsoft certifications a plus.
- Experience with supporting technology in a large networked environment. Troubleshooting issues across multiple technology types.
- Experience supporting device in wired, wireless, and geo-diversified environments.
