Job Description:
This position calls for designing, coding, debugging, extensive testing, and documenting enhancements to the relevant applications. The Software Developer will coordinate efforts to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner as well as document, analyze, and coordinate resolutions for all system related issues, taking corrective action as required.
Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and implement technical solutions
- Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting, defect investigation, remediation, and root-cause analysis of items
- Provide estimation and planning input for projects/solutions/work items
- Develop and implement testing approaches as part of all solutions
- Develop documentation for software solutions
- Follow existing standards for coding and documentation (or set new standards where needed)
- Carry out other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of ETL processes, SSIS, C#, API, Python, Javascript, .Net
- Experience designing server/client side application using REST API, reverse engineering applications
- Excellent verbal, written, and technical documentation skills
- Processes requests from internal ticketing systems - ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently on routine duties and take the initiative in learning and understanding new product systems and features
- Genesys Pure Connect and Pure Cloud experience A+
