Job Description:

This position calls for designing, coding, debugging, extensive testing, and documenting enhancements to the relevant applications. The Software Developer will coordinate efforts to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner as well as document, analyze, and coordinate resolutions for all system related issues, taking corrective action as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, and implement technical solutions
  • Provide in-depth technical troubleshooting, defect investigation, remediation, and root-cause analysis of items
  • Provide estimation and planning input for projects/solutions/work items
  • Develop and implement testing approaches as part of all solutions
  • Develop documentation for software solutions
  • Follow existing standards for coding and documentation (or set new standards where needed)
  • Carry out other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, SSIS, C#, API, Python, Javascript, .Net
  • Experience designing server/client side application using REST API, reverse engineering applications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and technical documentation skills
  • Processes requests from internal ticketing systems - ServiceNow
  • Ability to work independently on routine duties and take the initiative in learning and understanding new product systems and features
  • Genesys Pure Connect and Pure Cloud experience A+
