The Opportunity

WOS is looking for enthusiastic individuals to work as DC Processing Specialists who would be responsible for processing documents related to client Defined Contribution plans as set up in TBA, while meeting and exceeding client Service Level Agreements. The Processing Specialist is responsible for comprehending and developing a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Comprehend and develop a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (basic data entry processing)
  • Process documents that are rules based with some problem solving
  • Process documents that require minimal manual updates
  • Perform repeatable processing functions with upholding quality standards
  • Process documents in accordance with set timely standard measures
  • Interact and rely on team for questions and problem solving
  • Conduct research on errors and determine preventative measures
  • Research complex participant benefit issues and provides resolution in accordance with due dates and documents processes
  • Perform nonstandard processing functions with exceeding quality standards
  • Work directly with third party vendor

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS applications like Excel, Word
  • Ability to apply knowledge to make decisions effectively

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Location:

  • Atlanta, GA
    • Remote initially, with potential to transition to Hybrid or full time on site.

Salary:

  • $20.00 per Hour (Plus Benefits)
